We carefully inspect and package all item(s) before shipping and therefore all sales are considered final, however if you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Shipping charges for all possible returns must be prepaid and insured by you. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to item(s) during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. 

Tourney Tickets are non refundable and non transferable between players.
